I feel like this is the turning point. Some of my energy has returned, I feel great in the morning and my stamina has increased. I can roll out of bed in the morning, eat breakfast with out bathroom visits and can keep my eyes open past 5pm. I did it ! :-)
The evening sickness hasn't passed but I think it's just because I am so tired from my daily activities. I honestly can't imagine how women do this with other kids at home. Today marks week 14 and I'm so excited to be officially (no matter what book you read) into my second trimester! yay
I can't forget to mention the excitement for Tuesday'sultrasound and Dr appointment, this will be Clifford's first time.

Week 12 has arrived
It depends on who you ask.....Is week 12 the end of your first trimester or the beginning of your second? To make me feel better, I have decided that it is the beginning of my second . So, I have made it through, what is called the hardest 3 months of pregnancy. Although I think the next 5 are going to be even tougher. I am ready for the "any time of day" sickness to go away...no luck with that this week. I am ready for my energy to return so I can visit the gym again....no luck with that either. I am also slightly concerned that with two babies on board I have not gained any weight the last 3 months, but lost a few pounds. I think this could be contributed to the lack of gym visits. But, as a precaution I have put myself on a "I get to eat anything" diet to gain a few pounds before I visit the doctor in a couple weeks.
On a better note, we are very excited for my next appointment on June 14th. We get to see the babies again! I am scheduled for an ultra sound to re-verify that they are sharing the same placenta (for those who don't know, this means they are identical). and we might get to see what they are.....If in fact they are identical I will be transferred to St. Vincent's Hospital to see a high-risk OB's and deliver at a hospital with a NICU.

Week 9
I think I jinxed myself.....Week 9 brought a whole lot of "morning sickness" which I would prefer to call ANYTIME sickness. and I think I'm going on day 5 of my hormone induced headache. On the bright side I have my first appointment with my Doctor Monday morning. I'm excited to see what she has to say but a little nervous. As I approach the final few weeks of my first trimester I am glad to be ending the "scariest" part of pregnancy and ready to see these 2 little prunes continue to grow.
